This premium vinegar, produced by Acetaia Cattani - a fifth generation balsamic producer located in Modena, Italy - is made from indigenous grapes from the Cattani’s own vineyard in the Modenese hills. Taste an earthy, sun-warmed hint of olive and rich, sweet grapes in this vinegar aged in olivewood barrels.
It is aged for just over 8 years in Oak and then Olivewood barrels.
Hand-crafted and distinctly delicious drizzled on vegetables, grilled meats, omelets, fish, cheeses and ice cream.
