Class Schedule

 

Most cooking classes start at 6pm unless noted. Reservations and prepayment required. Call 910-725-1345 to verify availability. All classes are hands on participation in preparation of menu items.

In addition to the scheduled classes we also offer private evenings with menu options available for parties of eight. Scheduled classes with 8 slots available are subject to menu changes. 24 hour notice required for cancellation to reschedule or receive a refund.

We've got great classes for date night, family night, friends night out, team building exercises, kids cooking classes and birthday parties along with bridal showers.

Thursday, January 4th -Meal Prep and Crock Pot Class: $50 - In this class you'll learn how to make to meals in advance to throw in the crockpot on busy days to help you make healthy choices.
Friday, January 5th - 6pm $55 - Hands on Sushi Making: This sushi class will take the intimidation out of this Japanese delight. Participants will learn how to prepare sushi rice without using the traditional sugar and salt ingredients. Students will choose from a variety of ingredients to create their own unique sushi rolls. Vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options are available
Sunday, January 7th -Salad in a Jar Class: $50 - Want to keep your summer body during the holiday season? Come learn how to meal prep for the week when facing all the seasons temptations. Each student will take home 5 salads in a jar along with homemade dressings (vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available).

Fondue: $55 - In this class students will help make and enjoy both a savory, cheesy fondu dip and a sweet chocolatey fondue dip along with learn how to prep the sides that go with them. 
Appetizer Class: $50 - Students will learn how to make savory dishes like salsa, hummus and mini caprese salads as well as sweet ones such as chocolate chip cream cheese dip.
 $50 - Hands on Southern Roots Class: In this class students will learn how to make the classic southern meal - friend chicken and biscuits. Each student will assist in rolling out and cutting their own biscuits as we learn the process of making the most delicious friend chicken. We will also prepare tasty sides such as smoked ham hock collard greens and homemade buttermilk ranch.

 $45 - Sweet Potato Gnocchi: This hands-on class takes the mystery away from the art of making Italian style potato pasta. It’s made with a brown butter balsamic sauce with a side of seasonal asparagus (vegan and vegetarian options available.)

$50 - Salad in a Jar: Meal prep with us and learn to make 3 different types of dressings. Each participant will get to create and take home 5 salads and 3 different types of dressings. Tons of toppings and wide mouth mason jars provided.
$50 Soups Class: Students will learn to make 3 different types of soup; creamy corn, bacon and cheddar chowder, a hearty beef stew and black bean soup with tons of spices (vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available).
 $50 Hands on Mediterranean Class: Students will make pan fried chicken breast topped with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumbers, kalamata olives and a balsamic reduction (vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available).
$50 Hands on Pickling and Charcuterie class: In this class we will learn how to make home made pickles as well as accouterments for your own charcuterie board. Then we will learn how to artfully present and set up a charcuterie board for your next home dinner party!
Hands Rolled Pasta: $50 Students will get the chance to learn about the traditional methods of making hand rolled pasta and make marinara sauce from scratch (vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available.)
Paella: $55 This classic Spanish dish will include one of the world’s most sought after spices, saffron, along with fresh seafood, chicken and sausage all cooked in a shallow paella pan (gluten free).
Thai Coconut Curry: $50 In this class, we will prepare a delicious chicken appetizer with a homemade peanut sauce. Afterwards we will learn how to prepare Thai-flavored coconut curry (vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available.)     
Ravioli Making: $50 Starting with a basic pasta dough recipe, each student will learn how to make ravioli by hand.
